What's going on?
Here are our listings. Real businesses looking for real cash, although their identity is kept hush-hush. Here, you'll see borrowers receiving pledges. When the borrower has enough pledges, we write the loan at an average rate of all the lenders. The final rate can be bid down, so the borrower gets the average of the cheapest rates, perhaps as low as 6%.
When the listing's finished, borrowers have no obligation to accept the loan, although we would like a decision within 48 hours.
It's a bit like watching carrots grow. But more entertaining.
