For what purpose is the company borrowing
Having started the business, registered as a Limited Company, organised postal addresses, offices, phone lines and all of the operational requirements of the business we now need a small sum of money invested in the businedd to enable us to advertise, recruit and prepare for the running of our Pride Express Coaches in August 2010. The Pride Express Coaches will be run in conjunction with Brighton Pride and will operate as shuttle services to and from around fifteen major cities throught the country. Prior to this, we also want to beging operating earlier then planned by running day trips to various destinations throughout the country, picking up from those locations currently underserved by coach operators.
Why I think it is affordable
When the money goes into the bank, it will stay there! Part of the reason why we want to borrow the money is to give us sufficient operating capital. This money will be used to repay the elements of the loan due prior tou our telesales lines opening in the new year. From ticket sales for Brighton Pride alone, we expect to generate around £41000 in income. Our outgoings including all wages, fees and liscenses will be around £25000. These numbers don't take into consideration the day trips we are planning on advertising in local press, where we will generate on average £300 clear profit per coachload of passengers.
What the company does
The initial aim of the business is to explore the possibilities of organising and operating day trips, shopping events and shuttle busses to special events throughout the country, though with the majority of pick ups in the North West. We are already planning our itineraries for the new year and in August we shall be running special shuttle buses to and from Brighton Pride.
Brief company history
The company is presently owned and operated by a sole director, who, prior the the incorporation operated as a sole trader. As a sole trader the main role was to work freelance as a Tour Manager for a number of tour operators on coach tours lasting anything from two days to two weeks. When a gap in the market was spotted for low cost high quality shuttle services to and from specific events and locations underserved by other oprators, the company was then formed and is now is a prime positioin to take advantage of this market - even more so since customers are now looking for ways to travel and save money.

Why support my business
I can assure you all as investors that your money will be perfectly safe. The first thing I wish to point out is that my personal financial affairs, and those of my business are completely seperate. Nothing is intertwined! Secondly, I have a great business mentor who currently owns a Tour Company and Travel Agency in Watford. Any funds invested in the business will be overseen by my mentor, who will advise me on the ways best to spend the money. I myself have already managed to source a lot of the assets of the business for free, and have saved money by designing leaflets and publications, websites and other media myself. Your money will not be spent unless it absolutely needs to be.
